Refunds

We do not issue refunds. We are only able to conduct exchanges on purchases.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only carried out for the same items. The product must be returned within 14 days of the order date (not the delivery date) in order to qualify for an exchange.

We do not conduct exchanges for items purchased with a discount code.

The product must be unused in order to qualify for an exchange.

The return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not cover the cost of the return shipping, nor do we include the cost of shipping in the exchangeable value of the product.
